Warning…the taste of this cocktail is disgusting – but I don’t drink it for the flavour, I drink it for the health benefits. I don’t have the ingredients raw either, I mix them into a glass of orange juice to help it go down a little. The Odourless Garlic Pearls and Cherry Extract capsules are taken with the drink.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s) x2 teaspoons
Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (like Bragg’s) also contains “mother,” strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky appearance. It’s said “Father of Modern Medicine”, Hippocrates, used apple cider vinegar for cleaning wounds and relieving coughs.
Like other fermented foods, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar contains healthy bacteria; the gut-friendly bacteria that helps to keep your digestive system working properly. Cider vinegar could provide relief for those with stomach problems like indigestion or heartburn.
Several studies suggest that garlic makes platelets (the cells involved in blood clotting) less likely to clump together and stick to artery walls, therefore acting as an anticoagulant and so reducing the risk of heart attacks.

So that’s it! Look, take what ingredients you wish and even add a few if you’d like. Ultimately, you don’t have to only get your goodness through meals. It’s fine to bundle it all together and get it down the hatch!
